Borderless World Volunteers is a trademark organization with a Headquarters base which serves as the primary facilitators of the operations carried out by each individual chapter. BWV Headquarters also acts as an intermediary between all existing chapters and the Board of Directors.

It makes no decisions for Borderless World Volunteers, but rather, serves to provide us with well-rounded input on our ideas from different fields and backgrounds of expertise. They are experts in development that advise us on developmental, legal, financial and business matters.
